Weekly Check ins:

Every Saturday you will check in with me that will require measurements/ weigh ins. Progress photos that are kept confidential between you and I. Based on how your feeling/ looking I then will make changes based on your answers and progress.

My goal for your nutrition program is for you to continue on you’re healthy lifestyle for life! This isn’t a quick fix, I want you to learn how to make different food choices and the right choices to continue on your fitness journey to get the best results you possibly can with still being able to enjoy life. Eating healthy is suppose to be fun!
